9pm Heather Maxwell singer/songwriter and ethnomusicologist whose style is an intriguing blend of her Midwestern American roots in family gospel bands and jazz, formal opera training, and her experiences of musical life in West Africa and France. The result is an earthy, sultry, and completely unique sound.
